STOCK MARKET CALLS | ANALYSIS | NIFTY OUTLOOK 11TH APRIL 2012


Declining market, Kingfisher strong

Due to a sharp fall in international markets, beginning with weakness of the domestic markets. Sensex down 118 points on 17 126 5209 are open and the Nifty fell 34 points.

Metal, capital goods, realty stocks are broken from 1.5 to 1 per cent. Consumer durables, PSU, Oil & Gas, Power, Technical, IT, auto stocks are weak 0.9 to 0.75 percent. FMCG and healthcare stocks decline.

Sterlite Industries, Jindal Steel, Tata Steel, SBI, ICICI Bank, Larsen & Toubro, Hindalco, BHEL, Reliance Industries from 2.5 to 1 per cent each.
Infosys, DLF, HDFC Bank, Coal India, Sun Pharma, GAIL, Wipro, M & M, Bajaj Auto, Bharti Airtel, ONGC, Hero Motokorp, ITC, 0.75 to 0.5 per cent are poor.

Ranbaxy in Sensex stocks, Tata Power, Cipla, BPCL looks strong in the 1 to 0.6 per cent.
49 per cent FDI in aviation to approve sending the draft notes from the 5.5 per cent of Kingfisher, Jet Airways and SpiceJet 3.5 per cent to 5 per cent went.

On Tuesday on concern the global economy saw a sharp fall in U.S. markets. China's declining business, the Spanish government bond auction of the poor and declining confidence in small businesses in the United States broke the back of the markets.

Asian markets are trading on the decline. Hang Sang, Nikkei, Straits Times has broken from 1.5 to 1 per cent. Shanghai Composite, Cospi, Singapore Nifty is also a weakness.

Blow gas companies, stocks do

Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulator Board (PNGRB) of PNG and CNG in Delhi can be instructed to reduce the price of gas is a major setback.

PNGRB the prices of CNG and PNG in the prices of 20 per cent to 10 per cent has to be reduced. Also, price cuts will be effective April 1, 2008.
Most of the direct effect Indraprastha Gas (IGL) will have on the company's shares fell 48 per cent. Besides, Petronet LNG , GAIL , Jispiel  in stocks has weakened.

Oil expert Narendra Taneja said PNGRB directed against the companies will appeal. Industry to reduce prices in order to resist the old date. Direct opposition to the PNGRB can be changed.

Asit C Mehta, Prakash Diwan says that from 2008 directed IGL to reduce rates of EPS are expected to fall 73 per cent.Investors to come clean on command must stay in IGL.

IGL Fair Price of the shares is Rs 240-250. Risk-taking investors can buy in IGL at 210 Rs. However, existing investors should stay in the IGL. Jispiel the fair price is Rs 65.


STOCK MARKET REVIEW: 10TH APRIL 2012

BSE Small-Cap index was down by 0.12% while the BSE Mid-Cap index finished 0.26% down.CNX MIDCAP 50 index was down 0.42% and S&P CNX 500 was up around 0.06%. The SENSEX closed 21 points up at 17,243 and the NIFTY stood at 5243, up by 9 points.
BSE SENSEX and NIFTY traded in a dull session on TUESDAY, and resulted a flat closing of markets by gaining 0.13 percent and 0.18 percent respectively. It indicates that investors are clueless and confused about the direction of the market. Though might get some positive surprises in near term about the corporate earnings as PATNI announces its numbers today. It is also expected to get some relief from high interest rates in upcoming Reserve Bank of India’s policy. IT giant INFOSYS is expected to announce its quarterly result on FRIDAY would have glued all eyes towards it and may drive the market in near term.
