Expiry of the eye on the market: Udayan Mukherjee
CNBC - TV -18 's Managing Editor, Udayan Mukherjeesays that the expiry of April series, which is crucial for the market, the expected expiry date of the day the market will stabilize. While India's outlook negative by S & P on Wednesday that the market has declined, the Sensex managed to close above the 5,200 emerged.According to Udayan Mukherjee, better global cues remain, the U.S. Federal Reserve's interest rates unchanged. The firm has seen the U.S. markets. But the high price of Brent crude to the market still remains a concern.
STOCK MARKET REVIEW: 25TH APRIL 2012
BSE Small-Cap index was down by 0.53% while the BSE Mid-Cap index finished 0.55% down.CNX MIDCAP 50 index was down 0.80% and S&P CNX 500 was down around 0.43%. The SENSEX closed 56 points down at 17,151 and the NIFTY stood at 5202, down by 20 points.
BSE SENSEX and NIFTY resulted in a volatile session on WEDNESDAY ahead of futures contracts expiry by tomorrow. The fuel in falls had been added as foreign rating agency Standard and Poor (S&P) rated the overall Indian growth outlook as negative took the NIFTY below 5200 level and SENSEX lost 188 points in the mid session. Markets were weighed down by banking stocks, technology stocks and ONGC while recovery in Reliance Industries, L&T, Bharti airtel and Auto stocks supported to trim the losses as Auto major Heromoto Company rose by 2 percent approximately.
