The market will start straight
Udayan Mukherjee says that, on Monday, according to central bank policy to disappoint the markets, the decline in the market. The rating agency Fitch has lowered the outlook of India. The flattening of the Indian markets are likely to be introduced.
Udayan Mukherjee says that the market can be traded in a narrow range. Traders in the market will have to wait for an edge, where the selling opportunity. From current levels because the market is down.
STOCK MARKET REVIEW: 18TH JUN 2012
BSE Small-Cap index was down 0.70% while the BSE Mid-Cap index finished 1.06% down.CNX MIDCAP 50 index was down 1.61% and S&P CNX 500 was down around 1.27%. The SENSEX closed 244 points down at 16,705 and the NIFTY stood at 5,064 down by 75 points.
BSE SENSEX and NIFTY traded in a volatile session on MONDAY and tanked down later as investors faced two important results one from Greek election and another from Reserve Bank of India’s monetary policy. RBI declared the credit policy today and came with a rate cut of 25 basis points each in repo rate and cash reserve ratio left the interest rates unchanged while on the other hand Greek elections won by pro bailout democracy party faded the hopes of change in Euro break-up. RBI decision created the pressure over the banks caused the banking sector crashed more than 3 percent led by India’s largest lender State Bank of India tanked more than 4 percent on the session.

Crude Oil March and Brent Oil April series have gained 0.3-0.4 percent each at $ 54.51 and $ 57 per barrel, respectively.
Natural Gas April expiry has declined 0.3 percent at $ 2.692.
