Short Nifty below 5040: Mohit Gaba
Technical analyst Mohit Gaba says that Tuesday's trading session, Nifty closed above 5,100. Is a positive sign for the market. In today's trading session if the Nifty goes below 5040, the traders will have better chance of making the short positions. According to Mohit Gaba the Bank Nifty, Nifty is appearing weak. Despite many negative reports on Tuesday, while the Nifty closed with a gain. But in the next 2 trading sessions remain range-bound market.
STOCK MARKET REVIEW: 19TH JUN 2012
BSE Small-Cap index was down 0.01% while the BSE Mid-Cap index finished 0.17% up.CNX MIDCAP 50 index was up 0.23% and S&P CNX 500 was up around 0.39%. The SENSEX closed 163 points up at 16,860 and the NIFTY stood at 5,103 up by 40 points.
BSE SENSEX and NIFTY traded in a volatile range bound session on TUESDAY and ended in green as bounced back after a steep falls yesterday pulled up by short covering. The rally was well supported by the long build up in ITC Cigarette, and index heavy weight Reliance Industries as surged approximately 2.50 percent each. Oil & Gas stocks were on the buying radar of the investors as HPCL and IOC ended 6 percent and 3.5 percent up respectively while BPCL surged 2 percent on the session. Banking stocks traded under pressure as RBI’S policy weighted over the stocks for the second consecutive session.
